The Artist Collection is an homage to all the fine artists and painters that helped shape my style and taste up to the present day. The first in this series, the Miro, is a nod to the famous Catalan Spanish painter Jean Miro. One of my all time favorites, Miro’s bold surrealism and abstract portrayals of thought are captivating. His deliberate use of contour and splashes of bold color have often had me amazed as I sketched his work in the halls of the Art Institute in Chicago as an art student. There is a primitive, almost childlike quality to his line work that evokes the dreamer in us all.

The Miro features a striking Picasso Jasper focal stone, wrapped with a bottom weave on a four wire silver plated copper wire frame. It also features 8mm carnelian, 8mm black agate, and 4mm hematite. Beautifully showcased on a silver tone alloy chain with two hand cut beaded wire embellishments on the sides. Silver tone toggle clasp with a 14″ total drop length.
