Last winter I wanted to make gifts for a few ladies in my Bible study group and started tinkering with how I could use my crochet skills to make earrings. While tinkering, I had this deep sense that maybe this was just the start of something more. Several months later, here I am co-owner, co-creator, and co-seller of Jewels and Journals by JC. Every piece I make whether greeting card, journal, or jewelry is birthed out of the time I spend in God’s presence. Proceeds (in part or in whole) go to support missionaries I know, love, and support and sometimes the missionary I’m supporting is me.
