Description
Every pumpkin and a lot of the decorations on these pumpkins are made from recycled, upcycled and salvaged materials! From the stems that are made from locally foraged, fallen sticks and branches to the stuffing inside (consisting of fabric scraps from previous projects or recycled polyfill ) to the outside fabric shell made from old clothing, upholstery fabric and more! 😊
I have various colors, fabric types and decorations (pinecones/Spanish moss/ribbon/faux flowers and greenery) available- so many in fact, it would be impossible to list and picture every single one.
Instead, I am giving you the option to contact me for a custom order because chances are I will have any color you are looking for 😅 -Or if you are the adventurous type- I can send you one randomly of my choosing.
The size of the ones being offered in this listing are that of a cantaloupe and weigh about one pound.

Hello and thank you so much for stopping by! My name is Destinee and I simply…love to create. What I create varies and depends on what inspires me in the moment- and that tends to change a lot. ☺️
I have a passion for reusing, reducing and recycling and I strive for that to reflect in my work. For instance, most of my items that are made using fabric are from salvaged clothing and upholstery textiles, and any ~clean~ polyfill is reused from old cushions, comforters and pillows that would otherwise go to the landfill. Sometimes, I also like to implement anything I find in nature that wouldn’t be contributing towards any loss or harm to our friends of wildlife. 🌱
I really try not to buy new things for projects and my art before I find a way to make use with what I already have on hand, and nature with its beautiful pallet of earthy, muted, yet colorful tones inspire me the most.Not only for the themes of my items themselves, but also as a reminder to uphold the commitment I’ve made personally to do better (in whatever small ways I can) and be a part in a collective stance against excessive waste. 🌎🌈 ☮️
