Shipping details

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)

We ship from Florida, USA

We use recycled boxes & packing materials as often as we are able to reduce shipping cost.

We carefully package and box up items with great care and attention to detail to ensure that your items arrive safely.

Delivery times

Order before 1pm, standard Delivery typically taking 3-7 business days for delivery based on shipping destination and method.  For orders placed after 1pm we usually ship next business day.  

Delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions or increase in demand. 

Postal shipping courier cost

We use efficient shipping couriers who make sure that your order is protected and fully insured to reach you in perfect condition.

Shipping courier rate based on packing complexity, product weight, size and destination.

Track your order

When your order has been dispatched, we’ll notify you via email confirmation with tracked shipping service information.  You can then track your order online with the courier service keeping you informed as to the whereabouts of your order and allows you a lot more control over the receipt of your goods.

Returns 

We want you to be delighted with your purchase.  Our staff at 51 Vintage La Vie Lane are at your service to answer any queries you may have.  Please contact us immediately, without delay on the details.

Accepted within 14 business days of delivery of purchase.  Buyer pays return shipping.

It should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package.  

If the returned item is damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, we will deduct up to 50% from the refund for the loss in value of the item. 

Refund of the product cost, less shipping cost.
