Product Information
If you experience any irritation when using any of our products, stop use IMMEDIATELY.
Our bars are individually poured into molds. Their thickness and weight will vary slightly from one batch to another. Each listing will have more information.
Our jewelry is made with hypoallergenic stainless steel findings. Stainless steel can get wet and will not tarnish but other beads and components used may need caution around water. See individual listings for specific care instructions.
IMPORTANT: Our jewelry is not intended for use in children aged 15 or under. Small beads and other components could pose a choking hazard. Please use caution around small children or pets who may pull, grab or bite the jewelry.

Backorders
We allow backorders on our bath and body bars. They require 3-5 days to “set up” after molding. If a product is sold out, we promise, we are already working on getting more in stock. Sometimes we have supply issues getting the ingredients we need. We appreciate your patience.
Please see individual product listings for backorder information on our jewelry. Some findings, beads or other components may no longer be available.
Packaging
We use recyclable glassine bags and paper to package all our products.
We ship our orders in reused padded envelopes. Â
Returns/Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns for refund.Â
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us via the Support Link and we will work with you to find a solution.Â
Shipping
We currently ship within the US only via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Shipping cost depends on the size and weight of the product you purchase. Once tracking has been provided, no changes can be made to your order. If the shipping address on the order is incorrect, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for additional shipping if the package is returned to us. If your package is lost or stolen but marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot make a claim for reimbursement. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund or replace your order. If you require a signature on any deliveries, let us know before you place your order and we can add that service to your order.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery to parts of Walnut Creek, Concord, and Clayton CA. If you live or work in the area, we will deliver your order to the following zip codes for free: 94517, 94518, 94521, 94596, 94597 and 94598. If you are just outside our area, contact us before you place your order, and we can work out a location to meet up for delivery within our free delivery area. You will then need to use that address on your order so that you will not be charged for shipping. Please note that we require signatures on local orders. Someone must be available to receive and sign for your order. We will not leave it unattended.
