Returns Policy

Vendors on My Community Made have the ability and right to enforce their own Return Policy on products. When purchasing a product, be sure to review the vendor’s return policy to ensure it meets your expectations.

In cases where a vendor does not define a specific return policy. That product falls under My Community Made’s default return policy.

For downloadable products, all sales are final. Exceptions apply in cases where the downloadable file purchased clearly does not meet the quality that could be reasonably applied based on the vendors product description.

For consumable products, all sales are final, no returns will be accepted.

For physical products, the product may be returned to the vendor if requested by the vendor. Otherwise, the product does not need to be returned.

Customers may request a refund by contacting us at support@mycommunitymade.com.

If a vendor does not respond to the customer or My Community Made within a reasonable period of 7 days, we will decide in the favor of the customer.
