SOLID thick and chunky Tig welded 300 series marine grade Stainless steel Hand crafted Zippo Belt buckle holster. (Classic Zippo NOT included you must supply your own)
accepts up to 1 3/4” belt. strong Neodymium Magnets ensure your oil lighter (shown) will stand upright and not fall out.

OUR BELT BUCKLE HOLSTERS (Standard version) ARE DESIGNED TO HOLD YOUR LIGHTER IN 4 ORIENTATIONS!
Whether you fasten your belt buckle from the right OR left, your zippo will fit in secure facing the side YOU want to be seen. So if you have a special engraved/painted model which has a “front”, then rest assured it will be able to be seen when mounted within this holster properly.

PLEASE NOTE: . Each model after completion is tested with 6 different Zippo models to negate manufacture variation from Zippo This is done on insure that your lighter will fit perfectly.
By default these will be spec to a enameled classic zippo, which means a couple thousandths larger than a brushed nickle classic. This means there will be a very tiny amount of play between the walls. This is to ensure almost any classic zippo you throw in this holster will fit. Butane Inserts greatly inhibit the magnetic holster from keeping the lighter snug. If using a Butane insert, Your zippo case will have to be modified by silver soldering 400 series magnetic stainless steel sheet to one side. Otherwise, use the standard oil insert.
Once again, if you are using a butane insert and not the factory Classic zippo, it might not hold inside the buckle.
