Every portrait is handmade from start to finish and designed to capture your pet’s look and personality in an artistic style.

Turnaround Time

Current turnaround time is approximately 8–12 weeks from the time your order is placed and fur is received.

Because each portrait is handmade and highly detailed, spots are limited and orders are completed in the order received.

About the Fur

Your pet’s fur will be carefully cleaned and blended with wool during the felting process. The fur becomes integrated into the portrait for added meaning and texture, though it may not always be obviously noticeable throughout the entire piece depending on coat color and texture.

A small amount of clean fur is needed:

• Loose brushed fur works best
• Fur should be fully dry
• Please avoid sending wet or dirty fur

Instructions for mailing fur will be sent to your email after ordering.

Photo Requirements

Please send:

• 3–5 clear, well-lit photos
• Different angles if possible
• Close-up photos of markings and eyes are very helpful

The better the reference photos, the more accurate your portrait will be.

Important Notes

• Each portrait is an artistic handmade recreation and not an exact replica.
• Due to the handmade nature of needle felting, slight variations are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.
• Colors may appear slightly different in person depending on lighting and screen settings.
