I make all of my cutting boards from hardwoods and finish them with a combination of food safe mineral oil and bees wax.

Care and Maintenance: Do not place in dishwasher. Wash with soap and hot water. When the board dulls, simply treat it with mineral oil, cutting board conditioner or board wax
