Payment security

My Community Made keeps your payment information secure.  My Community Made shops never receive your credit card information.

Shipping details

We are currently shipping to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) all orders are carefully package, tracked and insured. 

We use recycled boxes & packing materials as often as we are able to reduce cost.

We carefully package and box up items with great care and attention to detail to ensure that your items arrive in peak condition and safely at home.

Delivery times

All orders placed before 1pm EST ship same business day, excluding holidays.  Standard Delivery within 3-7 business days delivery based on shipping destination and method.  All orders placed after 1pm EST will ship next business day.  

Delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions or increase in demand. 

Delivery charge

We use efficient shipping couriers who make sure that your order is protected and fully insured to reach you in perfect condition.

Shipping courier rate based on packing complexity, product weight, size and destination.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation with tracking information via email.  Which will keep you informed about delivery timescale and allow you to control the receipt of your goods.

Returns 

Customer service is at the heart of our business.  We want our customers to have total confidence when ordering with us.

We do hope that you will be highly satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason that is not the case.  If you wish to return the goods that did not meet your expectations, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to begin the return process.

You have a further 7 days to return the goods, in the original condition, refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card originally used to place the order excluding original shipping and return shipping costs.
