Description

Normal orders are processed and shipped within 5 days after receiving your order. Purchasing the Rush Order Service

option has no effect on shipping time, it only means your  order will be put at the  top of the list for quick processing.

Our Rush Order service takes top priority and your order will be processed and shipped the same day if received before 10 am cst., or the next day if received after 10 am cst.

Orders received on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

This does not include shipping time to your location.

UPS Expedited Service is also available at additional cost.

SHIPPING:
Our normal time for processing orders is 3-5 business days (M-F) which does not include shipping time. If you need your order out quicker you will need to purchase the Rush Order service which pushes your order to the top of the list and it will be processed and shipped immediately, otherwise your order is processed in the order it was received and will be shipped no later than the ship by date on your order.

All items will be shipped to the name and address on your order. Be sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout as that is the address the package(s) will be sent to. Changing the shipping address after an order is received is not allowed.

USA ORDERS:
All orders are shipped by USPS. We also offer UPS Next Day, 2-day, 3-Day, and Ground. Send us a message or give us call at 641.330.2338 and we would be happy to give you a UPS shipping quote.

LOST PACKAGES / NON DELIVERED PACKAGES DOMESTIC MAIL WITHIN THE USA ONLY:
All packages are shipped with a tracking number.

It is our goal to get the item(s) you ordered to you within a reasonable amount of time using standard delivery services provided by USPS.

If your package is not delivered within 45 days (USA Orders Only) from the date the package is accepted at the local post office as verified by the tracking number, we will issue you a full refund on the item(s) only, shipping cost and sales tax are not refundable. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once tracking shows a package as being delivered.

All orders include tracking information. If you place multiple orders each one will be shipped individually with tracking. Combined shipping is not allowed on multiple orders, each order will have its own tracking number.

Additional policies and FAQs

PROOFS:
Up to (3) proof layouts will be sent out if requested by the customer. Any additional changes requested by the customer after 3 proofs are sent will be $5.00 per proof.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If your item(s) are damaged when you receive them you will need to report it to us within 24 hours of delivery which will be verified by the tracking information on the order. Our contact email is mike@precngraving.com

To receive replacement, or refund of your item(s) you must provide proof of damage within 24 hours after receiving the item as verified by the tracking number by submitting pictures of the items(s) and the original packaging the item(s) was received in. Pictures must be sent to us thru email (mike@precngraving.com) along with any documentation.

All of our products are made to the highest quality. We are not responsible for damaged items due to customer misuse or normal wear.

PERSONALIZATION OF YOUR ITEMS:
All engraving, printing, or personalization information must be entered into the “Order Notes” box when you go thru the checkout process. Be very sure all spelling and punctuation is correct when submitting your order as the information you send us is what will be engraved and or printed. We are not responsible for spelling or punctuation errors for customer supplied text. If you submit text that is to be engraved or printed and it is enclosed in quotation marks (” “), the quotation marks will not be engraved or printed unless you specify on your order that the quotation marks are to be engraved or printed with the quoted/enclosed text.

ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO INVALID DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Customer is required to pay shipping cost + $6.00 to have the package re-shipped to the correct address.

ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO CUSTOMER NOT WANTING THE PRODUCT – NON PERSONALIZED ITEMS ONLY.
Customer is required to pay shipping cost + $6.00 restocking fee. Restocking fee will be deducted from the invoice before a refund is given. Original shipping fee on the order is not refundable. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel your order, we must receive notification within 15 minutes after the order is placed. Postal Mail, or Phone Calls will not be accepted. Once an order is processed and shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

ORDER QUANTITY:
Unless othwise stated in our listings, price listed is per single item purchased. Some listing pictures show multiple items which is for display purpose only.
