This one-of-a-kind short ruffled dress/tunic is made from 3 men’s shirts; 1 cut to “drop waist” length, with the other 2 cut into strips that were sewn together and made into ruffles.  This recycled fashion piece is very versatile — wear as a dress or as a long tunic over jeans or leggings — super cute any way you wish to style it & make it your own!  No one else will be wearing one exactly like it….what fun!  The fabric content is 65% polyester 35% cotton, machine washable & wrinkle resistant.  Please see specific measurements below to be sure of fit before purchase.
