I am not a quilter, but I recognize this familiar and popular star pattern. 

The fabric used here is the one star quilt pattern. The background is white and the alternating colored stars are in either blue or red with smaller five point stars inside the quilt pattern.

The red, white, and blue ribbons are big “stars” is this beautiful handmade wreath. The coordination of ribbons in solids, stripes and gingham in material of satin, and grosgrain truly bring out the Americana feel of this design. This refreshing wreath is a vibrant look that honors the United States of America.

I am one to believe since the tragic events of 9-11-2001, that EVERY American should display some sort of patriotism at their home. I will never forget how that made me feel to see all that red, white and blue displayed PROUDLY at each home. The feeling of unity filled me with pride and resolution.
