For Your Information
Because we sell through multiple channels, some items may sell out without notice. We encourage you contact us by email to check the availability of the item(s) you plan to purchase prior to ordering. Email is the quickest way to get a reply to your questions.

We generally reply within 24-48 hours. However, for an almost immediate response, type "Ordering Inquiry" in the subject field along with the item name/number in the body of the email that you are inquiring about and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Sales Tax
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax on orders to locations we are required to collect by law. See cart for these charges.

All orders require a valid phone number and complete delivery address to help avoid shipping delays or the risk of order cancellations.

Shipping Locations
We do not ship merchandise outside the Contiguous US with the exception of Alaska & Hawaii.

Contiguous US | Standard Shipping
Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days and should arrive within 5-10 business days.

Alaska & Hawaii | Expedited Shipping
Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days and should arrive in 10-15 business days. Delivery to remote locations may take an additional 2 weeks or more.

Note: Tracking information for deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii may not be available on all orders.

Consider provided shipping times as only an estimate. We have no control over packages after they have been sent to the postal carrier. We do not ship on Saturday & Sunday or Holidays.

Non-Delivery Destinations
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO Boxes or any other destinations not listed on our site/store.

Tracking numbers are normally sent the same day the order is shipped.

Multiple Shipment Orders
Depending on availability and/or the size and weight of an order, we may be unable to send a whole order all at once so orders may sometimes be shipped in multiple packages. However, when possible, we make every attempt to ship all products contained in a given order at the same time.

In addition, products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. You will be refunded for any products that are unavailable after all available items have shipped plus any applicable taxes and/or shipping charges.

You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt or shopping cart, and the entirety of the shipping charge will be applied to the full order on multiple shipments.

Shipping Damage & Warranty
Damaged orders in whole or in part must be claimed by the carrier. Defective merchandise can be replaced, but items damaged by the postal carrier cannot. However, if your purchase includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement first.

Missing, Damaged or Wrong Items
If you are missing an item or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. If you receive a defective item, take a picture of the defected item and email it to us or include with your return, either way, an explanation of the defect must be included with your return. If we find the defect to be on our part, a refund will be issued of the full purchase, otherwise, you will receive a partial refund. Shipping costs are never refunded.

USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Services) & Fed Ex (Federal Express) are the shipping carriers we use.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Dealoras reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

What to expect when you place an online order
Once you submit your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that your order has been received, and another e-mail to notify you that your order has been shipped.

Incorrect pricing and/or non-delivery destinations orders
We do our best to ensure that our pricing and content are as accurate as possible, however, errors do happen. If you find an error in our pricing, content or find that you have placed an order for an item that cannot be shipped to your destination, contact us. If we find a pricing error, we may bill you for the difference, and orders placed to non-deliverable destinations will be automatically cancelled. Item/website descriptions, typos, and photographic errors are subject to corrections and changes.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Dealoras shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Dealoras shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Dealoras will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

Delivery Expectations

Item limits
You may purchase as many items as you'd like at any given time. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders placed on our site, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order. If this ever occurs, you will be notified via the email address, billing address or phone number provided with the respective order.

Credit cards are billed once merchandise ships from one of our warehouses. We do not offer backorders or advance orders.


 

Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges Processing

Qualified returns & exchanges are accepted in their original condition up to 14 days and must include all packaging and materials, with tags in place and in its original packaging. Contact us within 2 business of receiving your order to inform us of your return or exchange, and to have a Return Form emailed to you if one was not included with your package. You may also visit the Returns & Exchanges page on our website to download and print one. Returns & Exchanges will not be processed without this form.

Visit PayPal.com to print a Return Label or visit your local post office to return merchandise, also be sure to choose a return shipping option with a tracking number to track your package and email this number to us. It may also be a good idea to add insurance to your package(s).

A 30% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective returns, including returns that show signs of tampering or has been opened, have tags removed or has been used. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Refunds Processing
Refunds are normally issued within 24-48 hours of receiving your return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus a restock fee if applicable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have not received your refund within 30 days, contact us. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns not accepted on perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, makeup, bath & body products, hair care products & accessories. etc.). We also do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards. software, video games, subscriptions/services, movies, cd's, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

NOTE: We reserve the right to change/edit this list of unacceptable returns at our sole discretion without prior notice to you. It is recommended that you review this information per visit prior to ordering.

Exchanges
To exchange merchandise, fill in the Return Form and return it to us with the items(s) you want to exchange along with additional funds to cover return shipping and any cost difference between the new item(s) and the current item(s) you are returning if applicable. If no additional funds are included for shipping or funds to offset the new item cost difference, or the new item is no longer available we will process your item as a return.
