Pink Diagonal Stripe Crochet Afghan

This lovely baby afghan is perfect for your little Princess! The high quality Caron brand yarn makes this afghan a soft and luxurious blanket. It is striped diagonal from this unique Corner 2 Corner stitch and it is a very striking and unusual design. I chose pink, white, tan and a gorgeous variegated yarn combination and I think it turned out absolutely perfect. The C2C design makes a medium weight, slightly thick blanket that will keep her snuggled and warm in the upcoming winter months. It is a large 34″ x 34″ so she can have this afghan follow her well into her toddler years which makes this a crazy bargain. It also is perfect to cover an adult’s legs to keep out the cold while watching TV! A very versatile afghan.

I made the afghan using Caron Worsted Weight Acrylic yarn. The afghan is super easy to care for as well: simply machine wash in warm/cold or cold/cold temperatures, gentle cycle, using a mild detergent. The blanket can be tumble dried on low/no heat setting. I recommend placing afghan in a washing bag or pillowcase to prevent snagging on the washing machine aparatus.
