I am a leather artist. Or an old hippie, take your pick. The first item I ever made was a checkbook from upcycled leather. I use upcycled leather and new buckskin hides. I make handbags, stash bags and journals. Journals are hard cover with replaceable books and soft cover with sewn in pages. Everything is handsewn, so don’t expect perfect stitching.
