The items shown in the photos represent the TYPES of items included in Mystery boxes, NOT the particular pieces you will receive. The photographs indicate the quality, colors, theme, styles, and brands that may be included in Mystery Boxes. Your Mystery Box will contain items similar in type, usage, material, age, design, manufacturer, size, shape, and so on.
Mystery Box products are selected by the seller from the seller’s current inventory, which may or may not contain products shown in the photos. It is not practical, reasonable, or possible to remove unavailable items from, or include all available inventory in, listing photos. Hundreds of items are moved in and out of inventory weekly.

Eucation, experience and reliable data sources aid the seller in determining the age of a product, condition, and current retail value.

Sourcing
Products included in mystery boxes are sourced from the seller’s personal collections; estate sales; flea markets; private sellers; antique shows and stores; auctions; consignment, resale, and thrift stores; online markets: and, other sources.
The nature of vintage is that most items are one-of-a-kind due to age, use, quality, and condition. Therefore, the seller cannot obtain duplicates of authentic vintage items, or any particular item, type of items, era, style, color, and so on, on-demand.
Product Condition
Vintage items will show indications of age and use.
The condition of Mystery Box items may range from excellent to poor, cottage/shabby, very-well-loved-and-used.
Packaging and Shipping
Each piece will be packaged in a safe and secure method.
Within the Mystery Box, the pieces will be packaged as a gift box with coordinating wrapping for gifting and/or personal enjoyment.

Terms of Purchase:
Vintage items will have normal wear and tear from age and use. Sizes are approximate, rounded to the nearest 1/4 inch. Details about each item are written in the item’s description and serve an important part in providing the buyer with age, size, brand, use, history, and condition. Please contact me with specific questions or concerns.
The seller will do their best to accurately and fairly convey the quality and condition of the items listed for sale. All items are sold “AS IS” and all sales are final, subject to Etsy policy.
Contact the seller IMMEDIATELY if an item is damaged during shipping.
Do not discard any packaging or labels until we agree on how to proceed with shipping claim, return, or refund.
Items returned to seller “return to sender”, refused, not picked up at post office per notification, undeliverable as addressed, or any other buyer-end reason will not be refunded. Within 10 days of return delivery, buyers may request items to be resent at the buyer’s cost. After 10 days the item shall be considered abandoned by the buyer and the seller may relist, resell, or use the product as desired.
Items returned to the seller without the seller’s written consent will not be refunded nor returned to the buyer.
Shipping paid by the buyer will not be refunded. Shipping and fees paid by the seller will not be refunded.
The seller may impose a 15% restocking/service fee for any return for any reason.
Shipping:
Most orders are shipping the name or next business day within our business hours of 8 a,m. – 4 p.m. MST-AZ Monday – Friday. Legal holidays may delay carrier pick up by one or more days. Mystery Boxes will be shipped as written in the listing.
Parcels will be shipped in the most cost-effective way that ensures the safe and timely delivery of your purchase from Arizona to USA and international locations.
USPS First Class International shipping is available on most items weighing four pounds or less. The buyer may choose International Priority Shipping and insurance at their expense. Contact seller prior to order for this shipping upgrade.
Customs fees are determined by the government of the country receiving the product and are the responsibility of the buyer. The seller holds no responsibility for government charges or fees assessed by third-party carriers once the item has left the United States. No refund or credit will be given on international orders for charges incurred by the buyer to obtain products from customs or carriers. The seller will not state the item is a gift or misrepresent the value of the item to help the buyer avoid customs charges. Items returned to the seller with customs fees unpaid by the buyer will not be refunded in part or whole.
Should an item be lost or damaged in transit, the buyer agrees to cooperate with the seller and carrier to locate the item or resolve the damage issue. Seller may request photographs of damage prior to determining whether or not to issue a refund or pursue an insurance claim.
Carrier tracking serves as the record of delivery. The seller holds no responsibility for any parcel posted by the carrier as delivered.
