Refunds are not available for our handmade products.
If your order arrives damaged:
*take photos of the damaged outer box and the damaged product within
*retain all packaging and product until a claim can be finalized
*notify us within 3 days of product being delivered
If you are unsatisfied with your product, it may be returned in its original packing in a like-new and unused condition. You must contact us prior to returning a product for return instructions. Return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser.
When we receive the item back, we will inspect its condition and refund the cost of the product only. Original shipping is non-refundable.
