Description

The set of four wild animals is ready to ship!
The safari soft small toys were knitted with mixed yarn: cotton and acrylic. The toys have plastic safety eyes.
Purple Elephant size approx.: 5 1/2″ in sitting position, 11″ around arms
Light Brown Monkey size approx.: 7″ tall, 7″ around his arms
Olive green and Blue Alligators: size approx. 7″ long, 5″ around tummies
The set of safari animals were knitted in a smoke free environment.

Materials: mixed yarn (50% cotton and 50% acrylic), plastic safety eyes, pollyfil for stuffing

About Jackie & Lucy

I learned how to knit when I was 8-year-old. I wanted to knit clothes for my dolls, and my mother gave me needles and some yarns. I enjoy making toys, especially stuffed small animals.

My sister, Jackie, was always fascinated with people using pottery wheels. She likes the clay’s softness and malleability. The clay doesn’t always do what the potter wants. Finding the balance between her hands and clay’s plasticity is almost a Zen moment to her.
