Many believe that hematite brings the body, mind and spirit together. It is said to be useful to aid in the relief of anxiety. This stone is associated with the root chakra.

Turquoise is said to aid communication and enhance psychic gifts. This gemstone has long been known for its beauty because of its unique color and has been prized by royalty throughout many centuries.
