Handmade Wooden Toys

I started making wooden toy cars several months ago and enjoy doing it. The making process is addictive. I always wonder after I make one what another color or another wood would look like and the making continues.  All of the wooden toys are made by me, one at a time, using a variety of tools in addition to some hand sanding.  My wife does the artwork if needed.

Description: This is handmade wooden toy pizza delivery van with original artwork done by my wife.  The van is approximately 4-3/4” long by 3” high and 3/4” thick.  The pictures are the best description.  If you have any questions, please advise.

The handmade wooden toys are made in several sizes and shapes.  Woods that I use are red and post oak, cherry, maple, walnut, poplar and others. Some of the woods are left natural using a finish made form beeswax and food grade mineral oil.  Some of the toys are painted using craft paint.  All of the finishes that I use are user friendly.  The wood grain may vary slightly between toys which is the way nature grew it. My grandchildren play with similar toys that I have made.
