My Community Made keeps your payment information secure.  My Community Made shops never receive your credit card information.

Shipping details

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) with insurance and tracking. 

We use recycled boxes & packing materials as often as we are able to reduce shipping cost.

We carefully package and box up items with great care and attention to detail to ensure that your items arrive in peak condition and safely at home.

Delivery times

Order before 1pm ship same business day, standard Delivery within 3-7 business days for delivery based on shipping destination and method.  For orders placed after 1pm we usually ship next business day.  

Delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions or increase in demand. 

Delivery charges

We use efficient shipping couriers who make sure that your order is protected and fully insured to reach you in perfect condition.

Shipping courier rate based on packing complexity, product weight, size and destination.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation with tracking information via email.  Which will keep you informed about delivery timescale and allow you to control the receipt of your goods.

Combined postage

We combine postage.

We will happily combine postage for multiple orders in an effort to save our customers money.  Please send a message in order notes combine postage.  We will be happy to refund your card in accordance with any reduction in shipping charges.  Please allow 1-3 days after dispatch for processing a refund.

Returns 

Goods may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.  Items must be returned in the original packaging and in a fully saleable condition.  Please note that all shipping fees are payable by you.
