Secure Payment

Order safely and securely.  My Community Made keeps your payment information secure. 

Shipping

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)

Ships from Florida

Delivery

Orders placed shipped via USPS ground delivered within 3-7 business days based on the location of where your package is being sent.  Orders received after 1 pm EST will ship on the following business day.  Tracking and insurance included.

Due to inclement weather across the US, delivery may be delayed. 

Returns

We want to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase and offer full refunds, on merchandise in their original condition within 30 days of the original purchase date.

All eligible returns of items in their original condition must be accompanied with receipt.  All refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card originally used on the order excluding original shipping and return shipping costs.  Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item with approval or reason for rejection of your refund.

Approved returns will be processed and credited automatically to the original method payment within 10 business days of receipt of your item by us.
