This special piece combines a bit of the macabre with beauty and protection energy. “Calavera” is Spanish for the fleshless bare skull, and is often associated with the Day of the Dead. As Halloween closes in and the veil gets thinner, those who celebrate believe this is a time to honor and remember loved ones who have passed from this mortal plane. Calavera features a white Jasper focal with some very small druzy inclusions, red Agate eyes, a tiger’s eye bead and two glass accents. Hand wrapped and woven with 20g coated black aluminum wire, with 28g threading on the sides of the skull. It comes with an 11″ drop length 3mm braided leather cord with lobster clasp.
