If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s), you have 7 days from the date of purchase or one week prior to the holiday referenced on the sock, whichever comes first, to file a return request.* Please submit your request and include: name, date of purchase, item to return, reason for return, and whether you would like to exchange for another item or be given store credit for the full cost of the item. The customer will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
*We understand that babies sometimes grow at surprising rates (either more or less than expected). Consequently, if you have purchased 6 or more holidays, and discover you need a different size, you have 12 business days prior to the holiday to request an exchange. We will pay for the shipping.
