About This Listing:
Jovita Idár (1885-1946) was was an activist for children and for Mexican-Americans who faced racism and threats to their property. In addition to being an activist, Jovita Idár was a teacher, journalist, editor and she performed nursing duties during the Mexican Revolution in 1913.
This Jovita Idár paper doll kit comes with one paper doll and stands approximately 8 1/2″ tall. The kit includes a brief biography of Jovita Idár, seven dresses, and an attached stand. The loose leaf pages of the uncut paper doll and clothes are printed on 110 lb. white cardstock and enclosed in an envelope. The paper doll kit will be sent USPS Priority Mail.
