6 Heart Pine Pen Blanks
The wood in these pen blanks is vintage heart pine that came from one of the original buildings on our farm.  My grandparents purchased the property in 1902, so this wood is well over 100 years old, probably dating back into the 1800’s.  Some inactive worm holes may be in some of the blanks but these only add to the character.
The blanks make for some interesting finished projects with a warm mellow glow that is not possible with newer wood.
The pencil shown in one of the photos was turned from this type of wood and is not a part of this listing.
The blanks are approximately 6 inches long by 3/4 inches square.
