ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS
SOME TIPS FOR SUBMITTING THROUGH EntryThingy :
1. Upload ALL your images BEFORE you click submit.
2. If specifying framed or unframed add it next to the title.
3. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING BUT PRICE IN THE SPACE FOR PRICE WHEN ENTERING YOUR INFO.
4. Price your work to cover shipping if your work is purchased.
5. Artists agree NOT to add additional shipping charges unless shipping to a client outside the artist’s country.
6. Medford Arts will collect sales tax on any sales.

ENTRY IMAGE INFO:
1. Do not include frame or mat
2. Crop to edges of image.
3. 300 dpi will produce a good quality image.
4. File Size not to exceed 5 MB

1. May submit up to 3 pieces.

**Must be family friendly.
2. Only original work, conceived by the artist, signed by the artist.
3. Work submitted may NOT have been previously shown at MAC.
4. This is juried for acceptance. ALL ACCEPTED works will be included in the online exhibit.

6. ALL WORK MUST BE FOR SALE! MAC receives a 30% commission on all sales.
7. The MAC will notify the artist of sale of their work.
8. Artists are responsible for shipping sold work to the buyer.
9. Artists should price their work to cover shipping as no additional shipping will be charged.
10. Free shipping only applies when shipping within the artist’s country of origin.
11. By entering you agree to be added to our mailing list to be notified of upcoming exhibits. You may unsuscribe at any time.
12.Submission of work implies agreement on the part of the artist with the above.

MAC Member- $25. first piece; $5 each additional piece
NON-Member- $30. first piece; $10 each additional piece

***NOTE – Artists that can hand deliver will also have the OPTION to have their pieces displayed in the Gallery at Medford Arts, 8 N. Main St., Medford, NJ.
