Our handmade goods are individually handcrafted, and each one is unique, considered as a work of art. Given the nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns or offer exchanges. We believe this policy allows us to maintain the exclusivity and quality of our art pieces.
Damaged Items:
We take great care in packaging and shipping our handcrafted furniture, but we understand that damage during transit can occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will evaluate the situation and if the damage is deemed to have occurred during transit, we will issue a full refund for the product.
Please note: Any damage that occurs after delivery is received is not eligible for refund.
